Practical Courses are done on a one to one basis
(playing of an instrument as the center believes that
when given privately they maximize concentration and
an excelleration in learning.
They can be held for two candidates if they wish.
However, theory classes are held in groups.

Instruments:
Lessons are held for all 35 instruments that ABRSM
includes in their practical examination, in addition
to oriental instruments like the oud and the qanoun
...etc. Singing lessons are included in this
curriculum, too.
Most of the common instruments are available at the
center but it is preferable that you supply your own
instrument as you will develop quicker due to your
personal relationship with it. This, of course, does
not apply if it is a piano or a 10 piece drum kit.

Age:
Any age from 4, regarding the sensible size of the
instrument.

Syllabus:
ABRSM curriculum for practical examination and for
theory of music.
Oriental instruments have their own syllabus.
Dr. Tobgy's book "The Modern Techniques for Guitar
Teaching" is taught for Guitar learners.
Other syllabus is changes from time to time.
You can also get to learn any note you have after
consulting the head of the department.
